| | This campground is a pleasant site to explore. The friendly people working here and lots of fun stuff to do have scores of people coming here. A visit to Colorado is not complete without some camping. Looking for something close to Peak One? Hughes Reservoir is around here, and Harvey Gap State Park is a perfect spot to stretch your legs a bit. The warmest time of the year brings highs in the 80's to Peak One with nighttime lows in the 50's. Highs during the wintertime are usually in the 30's, and winter nights come with lows in the 0's to Peak |
One. Take a hike on the Blue Creek Trail, and if you're looking for some flowing water? Try Roaring Fork River. Golf can be played at Ironbridge Golf Club, and Rifle Falls State Park is a wonderful spot any time of year. Peak One is loved by the residents of Glenwood Springs.
| It is very arid here at Peak One generally; of all the months in a year October is the one with the most rain, and the driest month of the year is February. There's whitewater on Colorado River for all you adrenaline rush seekers; Peak One is not far at all from Glenwood Springs. Everybody must go for a weekend of camping every now and then; Peak One in Colorado is a glorious selection. So many local attractions and such a large number of things to do are fine causes to come. but if it's for you then we recommend Roaring Fork, and since you're here why not explore Cemetery Gulch. Be careful coming to Peak One, you might not ever wanna go back home again. Playing golf is lots of fun at Glenwood SPGS Golf Club, and you can never get enough of the
perfect skiing at Sunlight Mountain. Among the things you can do in the neighborhood of Peak One are fishing, swimming, whitewater paddling, hiking, and playing golf, so running out of exciting things to do won’t happen.
