If you want to play some golf, you're in luck because Fort Collins Country Club Golf is in close proximity, and glide down the rapids of Cache La Poudre River - North Fork in a kayak. A lot of people pick Pawnee to explore close by Boyd Lake State Park. This is such a good campground. wish for more hours in a day to enjoy all the cool things at Pawnee. There's wonderful hiking along the Wintersteen Trail; get drenched paddling on Big Thompson River. Not much precipitation falls here at Pawnee; May is when you get the most rain here, and the driest month is February. Pawnee is positioned in a neighborhood with scores of fun stuff to do; what a great spot for camping it is.
