A magnificent place like Lory State Park close to Pawnee is too nice to leave out, and you can go for a hike on the Jug Trail. Not much rainfall falls here at Pawnee; the month of May is the wettest with most of the rain, and February is the month with the least moisture. If you come at the right time of year, Cache La Poudre River offers some great whitewater, and if you get bored of Pawnee you could also check out close by B-22 Reservoir. Scores |
