O-bar-o Resort is liked by campers from Bayfield. It's completely out of the question to run out of enjoyable stuff to do right next door to O-bar-o Resort; if you're trying to locate a good site to go for a weekend of camping, this is a delightful selection.       Such a fine choice of attractions and such a fine variety of outdoors recreation are great motives to come. There's more to do near O-bar-o Resort other than just hanging out such as hiking, whitewater paddling, fishing, swimming,   and playing golf, so you won’t get bored. Going for a weekend of camping here in Colorado is something you must do. Finally, the time to go camping is here once more, and O-bar-o Resort in Colorado is a good site to go. The to Animas River segment is a good 3-mile-long class V+ run of whitewater on Canyon Creek. In general this run of Canyon Creek is a hard spot for kayak paddling. Don't go kayak paddling prior to first checking the latest conditions; it's       dangerous stuff. On a good wintertime day you could rent a snow mobile at Snowmobile Adventures, and unsurprisingly Shearer Creek flows through this neighborhood. Go on a visit to Palmer Terry & Dixie if you want to ride a horse.   During a wintertime visit to O-bar-o Resort you may also stop by Wit's End Guest House & Resort and rent a snow mobile. If you would like to get out on the water, Vallecito Doc's Marina is around here, and a great game of mini golf is always amusing at Durango Park.
