If you come to this campground, you will have a splendid time for sure. a look at next to Mount Park. Get wet paddling on Cache La Poudre River, and why not take a refreshing hike along the Round Mountain Trail. But wait, there's more fun stuff to do in the Front Range. The Jug Trail offers hiking at its best, and enjoy a round of golf at Fort
Collins Country Club Golf. Among the things you can do in the neighborhood of Mount Park are hiking, playing golf, whitewater paddling, fishing, and swimming, so you won’t get bored. Now, you may assume that's heaps but there's even more enjoyable stuff to do here at Mount Park.
Paddling on Big Thompson River is so much fun, and when you're here it's always fun to pop by Lory State Park. Cache La Poudre River has a great whitewater paddling spot nearby, and you'll meet a lot of folks from Fort Collins here. This campground has it all. Take a hike on
the Wintersteen Trail, and a quick journey to Dixon Creek is beyond doubt a wonderful idea. A lot of people stay at this campground to be in close proximity to Lory State Park. At Mount Park you don’t see much rainfall; the month of May is the wettest with most of the rain, and the driest of the months is February.
