Feel free to bring your hamster with you if you would like, you are welcome to bring pet animals. Fires are allowed here at Lost Burro Campground; there is a supermarket nearby where one could buy groceries. This camp ground is located in the beautiful Front Range. At last, the time to go camping is here again, and Lost Burro Campground, Colorado is a glorious site for getting out. There's a store at this campground where you can buy things you must have.
 
    This is a tremendous site for RV-ing, and Lost Burro Campground is a good place for tent camping.

 people coming here.
At Lost Burro Campground cool stuff to do is plentiful, and it is one of many glorious campgrounds in this region. Lost Burro Campground is frequently visited by residents of Cripple Creek.
Many people select Lost Burro Campground to visit close by Mueller State Park.
As if Lost Burro Campground wasn't enough, you can also go whitewater paddling, hiking, swimming, playing golf, and fishing, so you won’t run out of things to
 
    do. A game of bowling is exciting at close by Canyon City Lanes, and if the weather is great, you can go for a hike along the Rule Creek Trail. Now, you may feel that's plenty but there's even more fun stuff to do here in the Front
  Range. Go and check out several very lovely animals at Colorado Wolf & Wildlife Center, an excellent zoo near Lost Burro Campground. Hiking along the Barr Trail is wonderful fun; a picturesque lake like Skaguay Reservoir is a good place to visit. While you're here at Lost Burro Campground you will meet lots of people from close by Cripple Creek, and pleasant family excitement is in store for you at North Pole.  


AMENITIES
Tent camping is available - Yes, we have 50 tent sites on the grass along a small stream or in the trees. These are large well spaced sites with lots of room.
RV hookups are available - We have 26 electric sites and 6 full hook up sites.
Pets are allowed - Yes pets are allowed, but cannot be left alone.
Campfires are allowed - Every site has a fire pit, and picnic table. We can have camp fires as long as there isn't a fire ban on.
Grocery store nearby - There are several stores in Cripple Creek which is four miles away.

Store - We have a small store with the office.

Lodging: 2 people per night $129. 00 Each extra person is $10. 00 per night
Full hook up sites are $27. 00 a night.
Electric sites are $23. 00 a night
Tent sites are $18. 00 a night.

Large group tent camping is $5. 00 per person per night.

Site prices include two people extra people are $3. 00 each per night limit 6 people to a site. Site prices include the use of the showers. Children under the age of 5 are free.
