Be careful coming to Lake Of The Rockies Retreat, you might not ever wanna go home again. Good hiking is available along the Waldo Canyon Trail, and paddling on South Platte River - North Fork is so much fun. This is such a great campground. A
golf course close to Lake Of The Rockies Retreat is Gleneagle Golf Club; why not have a look at nearby Dirty Woman Creek if you're here at Lake Of The Rockies Retreat. Go for a hike on the Winding Stairs Trail, and Castlewood State Park is a beautiful place any time of year.
