If only every site had this much outdoors enjoyable stuff, what a great planet it would be. Get yourself into a kayak and hit Grape Creek; the Highline Trail offers hiking at its best.

to Florissant Fossil Beds National Monument is worthwhile. Some activities here at Indian Springs Ranch are hiking, fishing, swimming, and whitewater paddling, so there's no way to get bored.
Indian Springs Ranch gets very little rain; the month with most of the rain is August
while January is the month with the least amount of precipitation. Get covered with water paddling on Arkansas River, and you'll find a gorgeous lake called Brush Hollow Reservoir.
But wait, there's more entertaining stuff to do in the Front Range. Nearby Phantom Canyon is
a perfect location to go if you're at Indian Springs Ranch, and great hiking is available along the Mineral-Stevens Trail. All through the warm months here at Indian Springs Ranch, high temperatures ordinarily get into the 80's, and throughout the night it cools down to the 60's.
