| | Colorado is a wonderful location for outdoors people. Not much rainfall falls here at Highline; through October this area sees the most rain; February is the month with the least moisture. There's a load of outdoors recreation available close at hand such as whitewater paddling, swimming, hiking, and fishing, so there's no way to get bored. The John Ottos Trail offers hiking at its best, and don't miss out on a spree to Colorado National Monument while you're here. tremendous hiking along the Old Ute Indian Trail, and don't forget to take a tremendous little trip to Mack Wash. You need to get out of the house, and Highline in Colorado is a really wonderful location to spend some time. A campground like this is too glorious to miss. Highline
| State Park is both good and lovely, and it's close to Highline, and hiking is a popular thing to do around Highline; Pollock Trail is a tremendous local trail. During the summertime months highs here at Highline reach the 90's. Once the sun is down it plunges down to the 50's. During the wintertime the highs are ordinarily in the 30's, and nighttime lows in the 0's for Highline. scenery at Upper Highline Dam, and at Highline you can observe Mack Mesa. Life's too short to enjoy all the fun stuff in the vicinity of Highline. Take a hike on the Monument Canyon Trail, and lots of folks from Mack come here. Highline is fantastically popular with the people
from Mack. Why not take a refreshing hike along the Black Ridge Trail, and you're probably into lakes, Mack Mesa Reservoir is one of those close by. The kind reception and a lot of amusing stuff to do makes the visit here worthwhile. This is a glorious campground. Get soaked
paddling on Colorado River, and drift down the rapids of Colorado River in a kayak. There is so much entertaining stuff in the neighborhood of Highline, and if you're looking for a wonderful location to go camping, this is a great pick.
