This campground is so good. Have a pleasant hiking adventure along the Fern Creek Stock Driveway, and what would winter be without some skiing at Kendall Mountain. Get dripping wet paddling on Henson Creek, and some of the water close by flows, like Kitty Creek. And that's not all there is to do here in the San Juan Mountains. Outdoors recreation is bountiful, some of the amusing stuff you can do is swimming, hiking, whitewater paddling, and fishing, so running out of entertaining stuff to do won’t happen. A campground like this is too good to miss.
| There is so much exciting stuff in the neighborhood of Highlander RV Campground, and to be here is tremendous fun any time. Not much precipitation falls here at Highlander RV Campground; August is when you get the most rain here; the driest month of the year is February. High temperatures at Highlander RV Campground during the summer are in the 70's. Once the sun is down it drops down to the 40's. Daytime highs through the winter are in the 30's, and winter nights come with lows in the-10's to Highlander RV Campground.

RV Campground in Colorado is a really tremendous spot to spend some time. On a brilliant day at Highlander RV Campground you can take a hike along the Rough Creek Trail, and Regan Lake is a nice lake close by.
The tremendous people who control this spot and all the entertaining
stuff to do attract people from far and wide. Just can't get enough of the San Juan Mountains. Going for a hike along the Long Ridge Stock Driveway will let you absorb the natural beauty of this neighborhood; if the weather is good, you can go for a hike along the Cebolla Trail.
The tremendous local attractions and the tremendous variety of outdoors recreation are sure to keep you coming back time and again. Don't try to stop me, cause I'm havin' a nice time here at Highlander RV Campground. The McKenzie Stock Driveway is a good hiking trail near Highlander RV Campground, and Rio Grande has a splendid whitewater paddling spot nearby.
