Heaton Bay - White River National Forest, Colorado

This campground is a nice place to go to. Whitewater paddling is good on Roaring Fork; a tour to Harvey Gap State Park revives the soul.
Near Heaton Bay you discover a golf course called Glenwood SPGS Golf Club, and going for a hike on the Blue Creek Trail is always a splendid adventure. Ok, you've been cooped up for too much time, time has come to get out; Heaton Bay is a good local campground if you happen to be in Colorado.
