Green Ridge - Arapaho National Forest, Front Range, Colorado Custom Search   There are so many amusing things to do near Green Ridge, and campgrounds like these are great. This place, Green Ridge, it just has so much outdoors enjoyable stuff. Fort Collins Country Club Golf is a golf course close to Green Ridge, and if you don't mind getting wet, you can always go whitewater paddling on Cache La Poudre River. Summer at Green Ridge comes with high temperatures in the 80's. When the night sets in temperatures plunge down into the 50's. Through the wintertime highs are mostly in the 40's, and winter nights come with lows in the 10's     to Green Ridge. Good hiking is available along the Jug Trail, and lots of people from Fort Collins come here. But wait, there's more enjoyable things to do in the Front Range. Green Ridge is near Lory State Park which is a beautiful location; Green Ridge is right by the Sheep Creek Trail. But wait, there's more to do close to Green Ridge. You've got to get out of the house, and Green Ridge in Colorado is just the location. Not enough hours in a day to enjoy the Front Range. Why not take a refreshing hike along the Greyrock Trail; some close by water includes Dixon Creek. Green Ridge is loved by people in Fort Collins. A campground like this is too magnificent to miss. This is a tremendous region for people who like lakes. Dixon Reservoir is a lake close by; when you're here it's always fun to take a look at Boyd Lake State   Park. Green Ridge gets very little precipitation; the month of May is the wettest with most of the rain while February is the month with the least amount of precipitation. It's out of the question to get bored in Colorado if you adore the outdoors. This campground is so magnificent. Whitewater paddling is perfect on Big Thompson River, and do pay a visit to Rocky Mountain National Park since you're here at Green Ridge. Paddling on Cache La Poudre River is so much fun, and the Wintersteen Trail offers hiking at its best. There's lots of outdoors recreation available around here such as swimming, hiking, fishing, playing golf, and whitewater paddling, so getting bored is not something that is likely to happen. This camp ground is one of the great places to camp here in the Front Range. The wonderful local attractions and all the outdoors recreation are guaranteed to keep you coming back persistently. There's great hiking along the Round Mountain Trail; the scenery at Spring Canyon Dam is scenic. A number of people stay here in order to be in the vicinity of Lory State Park. The positive surroundings and lots of exciting things to do have loads of folks coming here.
