Eleven Mile, Front Range, Colorado   Having a delightful time in the Front Range is painless. You can take a little visit to Lake George Dam if you're here at Eleven Mile, and if the weather is fine, you can go for a hike along the Phantom Creek Trail. Eleven Mile State Park is a nice location to go to on a beautiful day, and a delightful place for whitewater paddling is South Platte River. This camp ground is located in the pretty Front Range. You can run the rapids of South Platte River near Eleven Mile, and since you're here you can take a hike along the Hankins Trail. Eleven Mile is generally a reasonably dried up place; the month with most of the rain is August; January is the month with the least moisture. All through the months of summer here at Eleven Mile, high temperatures usually reach the 70's. Summer night lows descend down to the 30's. Daytime highs during the wintertime are in the 30's, and night lows throughout the winter for Eleven Mile tend to be in the-10's. Get your sleeping bag packed and leave the city behind; Eleven Mile in Colorado is a fine pick. Eleven Mile is often   visited by campers from Florissant. There's more to do near Eleven Mile other than just hanging out such as swimming, whitewater paddling, fishing, and hiking, so you won’t get bored. But wait, there's more exciting things to do in the Front Range. The Lake Park Trail is a good hiking trail in the neighborhood of Eleven Mile, and a great place to stop by nearby is Arkansas Gulch. This place, Eleven Mile, it completely has so much outdoors enjoyable stuff. There is a magnificent hiking trail near Eleven Mile called the Rule Ridge Trail, and Eleven Mile is not the only spot nearby, Lake George is a nearby lake. Quite a lot of exciting stuff to do next to Eleven Mile, and it positively is a fine campground. This campground has so many exciting things to offer. You absolutely must take a look at Pike National Forest while you're here at Eleven Mile, and you can have a tremendous hiking adventure along the Longwater Trail. The splendid pick of local attractions, and such a splendid variety of outdoors recreation are sure to keep you coming back over and over. A visit to Florissant Fossil Beds National Monument is recommended.
