Collegiate Peaks - Pike National Forest, Colorado   Several folks stay at Collegiate Peaks in order to be next to Pueblo State Park. During the warm days of summer, highs commonly are in the 70's at Collegiate Peaks, and all through the night it cools down to the 40's. Highs all through the wintertime are usually in the 30's; overnight lows in the 0's for Collegiate Peaks. Collegiate Peaks is a location that is reasonably dehydrated usually; the month of July is the wettest with most of the rain; the driest month is January.
