Chambers Lake - Arapaho National Forest, Front Range, Colorado   Lakes are such peaceful sites, why not visit Dixon Reservoir near Chambers Lake; nice hiking is available along the Round Mountain Trail. If you love the outdoors you'll love it here in the Front Range. Getting to Dixon Creek from Chambers Lake is uncomplicated; the Greyrock Trail offers hiking at its best. Chambers Lake is situated in the Front Range. Several people stay here to be right next   door to Lory State Park. At this campground you will always have a great time. Fort Collins Country Club Golf is a pleasant golf course close by, and why not take a refreshing hike along the Sheep Creek Trail. There's brilliant hiking along the Wintersteen Trail, and the scenery at Spring Canyon Dam is picturesque. This campground is a pretty place to pop by. Lory State Park is a perfect location to take a look at on a delightful day, and you can go for a hike on the Jug Trail. Not much rainfall falls here at Chambers Lake; the month of May is the wettest with most of the rain, and the driest of the months is February. For the duration of the months of summer highs here at Chambers Lake get into the 80's while nighttime lows are commonly in the 50's. High temperatures during the wintertime are normally in the 40's, and after the sun is down through the wintertime temperatures at Chambers Lake fall into the 10's. Among the things you can do close to Chambers Lake are playing golf, whitewater paddling, swimming, fishing, and hiking, so getting bored is not something that is likely to happen. Chambers Lake is a very well prized campground by visitors from Fort Collins. It's impossible to get bored in Colorado if you adore the outdoors.
