Camp Dick - Arapaho National Forest, Front Range, Colorado   Camp Dick is fantastically popular with the folks of Fort Collins. For the period of the warm months at Camp Dick highs are typically in the 80's, and during the night it cools down to the 50's. Daytime highs during the wintertime are in the 40's with temperatures at Camp Dick dipping down into the 10's during winter nights. Life's too short to enjoy all the entertaining things near Camp Dick. If you're here at Camp Dick, you could explore Dixon Creek, and there's great hiking along the Wintersteen Trail. When was the last time you went camping for a couple of days? Camp Dick is a good local campground if you happen to be in Colorado. This campground is always a joy. Lory State Park is a magnificent spot to pop by, and for you golfers we recommend   nearby Fort Collins Country Club Golf. There's more to do close to Camp Dick other than just hanging out such as fishing, playing golf, swimming, hiking, and whitewater paddling, so running out of enjoyable things to do won’t happen. Whohoo, so many cool things in one place! The Front Range is so good! You're sure to come across some good people from Fort Collins here, and the Sheep Creek Trail offers hiking at its best. Camp Dick is located in a neighborhood with scores of fun stuff to do, and camping is such an enjoyable activity, and this is a good site to do that. Scores of folks pick Camp Dick in order to be near Lory State Park. Now, you may feel that's lots but there's even more exciting things to do here in the Front Range. There's whitewater on Big Thompson River for all you adrenaline people, unsurprisingly you could also have a look at Dixon Reservoir if you're here; it's not far at all. Not much rainfall falls here at Camp Dick; May is the month that gets the most rain while February is frequently the driest month. Hiking is a popular thing to do around Camp Dick; Greyrock Trail is a good local trail; a trip to Boyd Lake State Park rejuvenates the soul. What a place this is for outdoors folks.
