| | High temperatures at Big J RV Park through the summer months are in the 90's. For the duration of the dark hours of summer temperatures dip down into the 60's. Daytime highs during the winter are in the 30's with winter lows in the 10's overnight here at Big J RV Park. Paddling on Kannah Creek is so much fun, and a trip to Uncompahgre National Forest revives the soul. Famous Colorado hospitality and the extremely perfectly operated facilities are a splendid pull for lots of people.

You could also stop at Hartman Retention Reservoir if you're here at Big J RV Park; it's nearby; Colorado National Monument is a glorious national park. Have a tremendous hiking adventure along the Liberty Cap Trail; Chipeta Golf Course is a golf course nearby. You just can't picture the amount of outdoors exciting stuff the area right next door to Big J RV Park has to offer. Take a hike on the Serpents Trail, and Highline State Park is a good spot to stop at.

will make you glad you came. This campground is so glorious. While you're here at Big J RV Park you can take a hike along the Monument Canyon Trail, and if you're here and you like golf, you can stop by Tiara RADO Golf Course. And that's not all you can do here at Big J RV Park.
In the event that you don't mind getting covered with water, you can always go whitewater paddling on Kannah Creek, and there are plenty of people from Grand Junction here.
This is a glorious campground. On a gorgeous day you obtain a view of Orchard Mesa from Big J RV Park,
and a golf course nearby is Lincoln Park Golf Course. Hiking along the Ute Canal Trail is delightful fun, and do go to Indian Wash while you're here at Big J RV Park. Big J RV Park is incredibly popular with folks in Grand Junction.
Colorado River has a tremendous whitewater
paddling spot nearby; you can never get enough of the wonderful skiing at Powderhorn. You might want to pay a visit to Rough Canyon since you're here at Big J RV Park, and on a magnificent day you can take a hike along the John Ottos Trail. Big J RV Park is pretty dried up frequently;
August is the wettest month with most rain; February on the other hand is the driest.
There is so much amusing stuff right next door to Big J RV Park; it is one of many tremendous campgrounds in this vicinity. Several folks camp here so they can go to Colorado National Monument. Camping in Colorado is such a fun thing to do.
