It's out of the question to run out of enjoyable things to do close to Yosemite Lakes; it's always fun to be at this place. The pleasant personnel and all the enjoyable things to do have folks coming from all over. Camping in California is such a fun activity. side tour to Ackerson Creek. Now, you may think that's a lot but there's even more enjoyable things to do here in the Central Sierra Nevada. If the weather is gorgeous, you get a wonderful vista of Ackerson Mountain from Yosemite Lakes, and a visit to Yosemite National Park
| is worthwhile. Throughout the warm days of summer at Yosemite Lakes highs are commonly in the 80's. When the night sets in temperatures plunge down into the 50's. Highs during the winter are mostly in the 40's, and winter nights come with lows in the 20's to Yosemite Lakes. On a great day at Yosemite Lakes you can take a hike along the Hite Cove Trail, and Birch Lake is a great lake nearby. Whohoo, so much entertaining stuff in one place! Merced River - South Fork, and nearby you discover the Pohono Trail which is a pleasant hiking trail. Camping out sure is a pleasant thing to do, and Yosemite Lakes is a glorious local campground if you happen to be in California. And that's not all you can do here at Yosemite
Lakes. There are some fine whitewater spots on Tuolumne River - South Fork, and lots of folks from Groveland come here. At this campground you will always have a splendid time. Everybody loves Crocker Meadow; the skiing at Badger Pass is great. So many local attractions
and the close by outdoors recreation are guaranteed to keep you coming back over and over. The El Capitan Trail is a pleasant hiking trail close to Yosemite Lakes, and when you're here it's always fun to check out Stanislaus National Forest. Yosemite Lakes gets a common amount
of annual rainfall; of all the months in a year January is the one with the most rain while July is the month with the least amount of precipitation. That right there is plenty already, but it goes on; Yosemite Lakes has it all. Yosemite Lakes is frequently visited by the residents
of Groveland. Yosemite Lakes is a glorious camp ground to use as a base while enjoying the Central Sierra Nevada. This campground is a wonderful spot to stop by. If the weather is delightful here at Yosemite Lakes, you can go for a hike along the Pilot Ridge Trail, and there's whitewater on Merced River for all you adrenaline rush seekers.
