Wishon Bass Lake gets a typical amount of rainfall; of all the months in a year January is the one with the most rain, and July is when it's the driest. There's no way anyone can get bored here in the Central Sierra Nevada. Paddling on Willow Creek is so much fun; a tour to Yosemite National Park is recommended.

place for getting out. California is a magnificent place for outdoors folks. This is no place for people who don’t like to have a good time. While you're here at Wishon Bass Lake you can play some golf at Ahwahnee Golf Course, and Millerton Lake State Park is a good spot to stretch
| your legs a bit.
At this campground you will always have a nice time. There are great places to discover along the Chilnualna Fall Trail, and enjoy a round of golf at Sierra Meadows Country Club. Everybody nearby loves skiing at Badger Pass, and China Creek is one of the streams nearby that might be worth a visit. Wishon Bass Lake is a very popular campground with visitors from Oakhurst.

great to stop by, and in case you don’t have a problem getting drenched, you can always go whitewater paddling on Willow Creek.
So much fun stuff to do in the Central Sierra Nevada, not enough time. Whitewater paddling is perfect on Fresno River, and during your journey here
you'll meet some folks from Oakhurst for sure. There's such a large number of things to do at Wishon Bass Lake including hiking, whitewater paddling, and playing golf, so you won’t run out of things to do.
Several people stay at this campground when they come to visit Yosemite
National Park. This camp ground is located in the scenic Central Sierra Nevada. Throughout the summer, highs frequently are in the 80's at Wishon Bass Lake. Summer night lows drop down to the 50's. Throughout the winter highs are in the 40's, and during the dark hours in the winter
at Wishon Bass Lake temperatures drop to the 20's.
This campground is so nice. So many local attractions and the wonderful variety of outdoors recreation are good incentives to come.
