This is such a great campground. Go for a hike on the Copper Trail, and close to Waiiaka Trailer Haven you discover a golf course called Shasta Valley Golf Club. So much cool stuff in
the Siskiyou Mountains, just mind-boggling. During your tour to Waiiaka Trailer Haven you'll meet some folks from Yreka for sure, and a range like the Kilgore Hills is always pretty.
This is such a wonderful campground. Near Waiiaka Trailer Haven you hit upon the Pacific Crest
Trail - section 18 which is a wonderful hiking trail; Jenny Creek is a brilliant whitewater spot nearby. Waiiaka Trailer Haven is frequently visited by people in Yreka.
If you are in California during camping season, you should go camping. The warmest time of the year brings
highs in the 90's to Waiiaka Trailer Haven. Summer night lows descend down to the 40's. The wintertime brings highs down to the 40's with winter lows in the 20's overnight here at Waiiaka Trailer Haven.
