Village Park, Coast Ranges, California
|
| | This is really a good campground. Life's too short to enjoy all the exciting things in the Coast Ranges. Good hiking is available along the Monte Rio Fire Trail, and Armstrong Redwoods State Park is a pleasant location to take a look at on a wonderful day. At Village Park fun stuff to do is bountiful, and to be at this place is always fun. There's great hiking along the Tomales Point Trail; a magnificent place for whitewater paddling is Little Sulphur Creek. All through the warm months highs here at Village Park get into the 90's, and the overnight |
is somewhat chillier of course, regularly in the 50's. The wintertime comes with highs in the 50's with temperatures at Village Park dipping down into the 30's during winter nights. All year is a good time in the Coast Ranges if you have a thing about the outdoors. The Jepson
| Trail offers hiking at its best, and you can run the rapids of Mark West Creek. The high level of precipitation makes Village Park a rather wet place; January is the month that gets the most rain; July is the month with the least moisture. Ok, you've been cooped up too long, you've gotta get out, and Village Park in California is exactly the place. Village Park is a brilliant camp ground to use as a base while enjoying the Coast Ranges. The wonderful people who run this place and the admirably managed operations have people coming here. is right by the Bucklin Trail, and lots of people from Santa Rosa-Petaluma come here. This campground is so striking. If time allows, Point Reyes National Seashore is a national park worth a visit, and Big Sulphur Creek is a fine whitewater spot close by. Loads of people choose
Village Park in order to be right next door to Armstrong Redwoods State Park. That right there is a lot already, but it carries on; Village Park has it all. Marconi Conference Center State Park is both perfect and picturesque, and it's in the neighborhood of Village Park, and
if you're here and you like golf, you can take a look at Sebastopol Golf Course. While popping by this vicinity in California it's a wonderful idea to go for a weekend of camping too. The perfect selection of local attractions, and such a vast number of things to do are certain
to keep you coming back repeatedly. Among the things you can do in the neighborhood of Village Park are playing golf, whitewater paddling, and hiking, so getting bored is not something that is likely to happen. Village Park is a popular spot with people in Sebastopol.
