Coming to this campground is always a good idea. Float down the rapids of Santa Margarita River in a kayak. Trailer Rancho is a very popular old favorite campground among folks in Carlsbad. Throughout the summer, highs regularly are in the 70's at Trailer Rancho,
and through summer nights temperatures are in the 60's. Throughout the wintertime the highs are generally in the 60's while Trailer Rancho nighttime low temperatures through the winter are in the 40's.
The friendly atmosphere and the skillfully run operations are in themselves
motive enough to come here. A day at beautiful South Carlsbad State Beach in the neighborhood of Trailer Rancho is a glorious thing to do, and enjoy a round of golf at Encinitas Ranch Golf Course.
