Finally, camping season is here again, and Trailer Haven is a pleasant local campground if you happen to be in California. This campground is always a bliss. Going to Candlestick Point State Park close to Trailer Haven is a great thing to do, and a tour to Golden Gate National Recreation Area is worthwhile.

day, and there is a great hiking trail nearby called the Trappers Trail. The friendly folks working here and the splendid multitude of fun activities have people coming here.
Loads of people stay at this campground to visit close by Sandy Beach. That right there is a load already,

On a perfect day at Trailer Haven you can take a hike along the Alambique Trail; if you come at the right time of year, Pescadero Creek offers some brilliant whitewater. And that's not all you can do here at Trailer Haven. Lots of folks from San Leandro come to Trailer Haven, and while you're here and you like golf, you can take a look at Lake Chabot Golf Course. On a beautiful day you can take a look at Sandy Beach close to Trailer Haven, and since you're here you can take a hike along the Edgewood Trail.

You could also go to Lake Chabot while you're here at Trailer Haven; it's close by; everyone loves San Leandro Valley. This is such a gorgeous campground. All our national parks are magnificent places to pop by, and Presidio National Park is no exception, and get yourself into
a kayak and hit Alameda Creek. So many local attractions and such a great variety of outdoors recreation are certain to keep you coming back repeatedly.
While you're here at Trailer Haven you can play some golf at Monarch Bay Golf Club, and enjoy a round of golf at Willow Park
Golf Course. Trailer Haven gets very little precipitation; January is the wettest month with most rain; July is when it's the driest.
