Get wet paddling on Silver Creek - South Fork, and why not a little side journey to Trout Creek. This is a perfect campground. Hiking along the Hawley Grade Trail is wonderful fun, and you can always enjoy a lazy day on the beach at Pope Beach. Emerald Bay State Park is a nice site to go if you're at Tahoe Pines Campground and RV Park, and going   for a hike along the Pacific Crest Trail - section 14 will let you absorb the natural beauty of this vicinity.
