There are so many exciting things in the neighborhood of Sunset Harbor RV Park, and camping is such an enjoyable thing to do, and this is a great place to do that.

and so much stuff to do are guaranteed to keep you coming back many times. So many fun things to do in the Coast Ranges, not sufficient time. Smithe Redwoods State Park is a pretty place any time of year, and don't leave Sunset Harbor RV Park without first checking out Half Butte.
| This spot, the Coast Ranges, has so much outdoors exciting stuff. Chase Ledge is an out of the ordinary spot to pop by while at Sunset Harbor RV Park; a tour to close by Battery Point is very relaxing.
Outdoors recreation is bountiful, some of the fun stuff you can do is hiking, fishing, whitewater paddling, playing golf, and swimming, so you won’t get bored. If you want a fine time in the great outdoors, just come on down to Sunset Harbor RV Park. An afternoon playing golf at Kings Valley Golf Course is always a bliss, and the scenery at Crescent Harbor is lovely. This campground is so lovely. Get your heart pumping on the tremendous whitewater of Smith River - North Fork, and if
you're here you can take a hike along the Paradise Trail. A lot of people camp here when they come to have a look at Redwood National and State Parks.
There's no way somebody can get bored here in the Coast Ranges. On a good day at Sunset Harbor RV Park you can take a hike
along the French Hill Trail, and possibly you're looking for close by lakes? Sure, Dead Lake is just a very short distance away. Be careful coming to Sunset Harbor RV Park, you might not ever wanna go home again. Beaches are good; and Crescent Beach near Sunset Harbor RV Park is
no exception, and lots of people from Crescent City come here. The great folks who operate this place and all the good passtime activities beat anything.
The surroundings of this campground have such an incredible array of things to offer. There is a delightful hiking trail
right next door to Sunset Harbor RV Park called the Packsaddle Trail, and nearby you discover the Hope Creek Trail which is a good hiking trail.
Summertime at Sunset Harbor RV Park arrives with high temperatures in the 60's while overnight lows are frequently in the 50's. The
wintertime brings highs down to the 50's while the cold winter nights at Sunset Harbor RV Park are in the 40's. California is a great place for campers.
This is in fact a pleasant campground. Places like Lakes Earl and Talawa State Park are pleasant to stop at; a great place
for whitewater paddling is Goose Creek. Sunset Harbor RV Park is a very popular campground among visitors from Crescent City. All the water falling down from the sky makes Sunset Harbor RV Park a wet place; the month with most of the rain is December, and July on the other hand
is the driest.
One of the best things about Sunset Harbor RV Park is its proximity to Pebble Beach; since you're here why not stop by Elk Valley.
