Coming to this campground is always a perfect idea. If you feel like a little side journey, try Cathedral Canyon, and you can go for a hike on the Hi View Nature Trail. There's such a large number of things to do at Sungate Country Owners including hiking, playing golf, swimming, and fishing, so getting bored is not something that is likely to happen. You'll meet a lot of people from Rancho Mirage here, and going for a hike on the Pacific Crest Trail - section 4 is always a great adventure.
The good local attractions and such a large number of things to do will make you glad you came.
| Through the summertime months here at Sungate Country Owners, high temperatures usually reach the 100's. When the night sets in temperatures fall down into the 70's. During the wintertime this place gets highs in the 70's while the cold winter nights at Sungate Country Owners are in the 40's.
Don't leave Sungate Country Owners without first going for a hike along the Ramona Trail, and a quick trip to Palm Canyon Wash is definitely a good idea. The welcoming people working here and all the pleasant passtime activities are motive enough to come here.

by Mount San Jacinto State Park is a perfect thing to do. If you are in California during camping season, you must go camping. Near Sungate Country Owners you locate a golf course called Desert Princess Country Club, and if you're looking for a brilliant trip, Joshua Tree National
Park is pretty near.
Sungate Country Owners is a location that is relatively dehydrated commonly; most of the rain falls during December while June is the month with the least amount of precipitation. Camping out sure is a fun thing to do, and Sungate Country Owners is a great local campground if you happen to be in California.
