Sugar Pine Ranch is a great camp ground to use as a base while enjoying the Central Sierra Nevada. You can see Ascension Mountain from Sugar Pine Ranch; you can have a delightful hiking adventure along the Pohono Trail. Some activities here at Sugar Pine Ranch are whitewater paddling, and hiking, so most likely you want to stay a while. |

A common amount of rain falls here at Sugar Pine Ranch; the wettest month of the year is mostly January, that's the one that rains the most, and the driest of the months is July. Be careful coming to the Central Sierra Nevada, you might not ever want to return back home again.

esteemed by the folks of Groveland. This campground is always a joy. The good folks of Groveland like to hang out nearby; soar down the rapids of Merced River in a kayak. That right there is heaps of entertaining stuff already but it goes on, the Central Sierra Nevada has it
all. Why not take a refreshing hike along the Pilot Ridge Trail; paddling on Tuolumne River is so much fun. This is such a fun spot for a campground. Hiking along the El Capitan Trail is wonderful fun, and a pleasant visit to Crocker Meadow is a splendid way to spend an afternoon.
So much fun stuff near Sugar Pine Ranch; it indisputably is a splendid campground. The warmest time of the year brings highs in the 90's to Sugar Pine Ranch. Summer overnight lows sink down to the 50's. During the winter highs are in the 50's, and overnight lows through the winter for Sugar Pine Ranch tend to be in the 30's.
