Fleming Meadow is a gorgeous site any time of year, and close by you find the Ellicott Trail which is a fine hiking trail. Sly Park Campground gets lots of water; of all the months in a year January is the one with the most rain, and July on the other hand is the driest. All the good local attractions close at hand and all the outdoors recreation will beyond doubt have you coming back many times. Get your heart beating on the perfect whitewater of American River - South Fork; if you're here you can take a hike along the Grizzly Canyon Trail. This is such a delightful campground. A lake nearby is Jenkinson Lake; while you're here why not stop by Hazel Canyon. Sly Park Saddle Dam is a place that is in the neighborhood of Sly Park Campground.
