All the outdoors exciting things in the Northern Sierra Nevada will keep you coming back time and again. You can run the rapids of Yuba River - Middle Fork close to Silvertip Group; Sugarloaf Mountain is a peak you can see from Silvertip Group. So much enjoyable stuff to do at Silvertip Group, so little time. Don't leave Silvertip Group without first going for a hike along the Green Valley Trail. Ok, enough of spending all this time inside a building,     time to go camping; Silvertip Group is a pleasant local campground if you happen to be in California. The tremendous selection of local attractions, and the nearby outdoors recreation are nice reasons to come. For the period of the summertime at Silvertip Group temperatures are regularly in the 80's. When the night sets in temperatures descend down into the 50's. All through the winter highs are in the 40's while the cold winter nights at Silvertip Group are in the 20's. There's whitewater on Yuba River - South Fork for all you adrenaline kick people, and a visit here wouldn’t be complete without a trip to close by Malakoff Diggins State Park. This is such a fun site for a campground. On a splendid day at Silvertip Group you can take a hike along the South Yuba Trail, and you could always look at Eagle Ravine. This   campground is a pretty site to take a look at. Selby Flat is a good site to stretch your legs a bit, and there is a nice hiking trail nearby called the Humbug Trail. Why not spend some time golfing at a nearby golf course like Quail Valley Golf Course; Silvertip Group is a place with many visitors from Nevada City. The positive surroundings and the well controlled operations are a tremendous attraction for lots of people. California is a pleasant outdoors state. The Northern Sierra Nevada scenery is always pretty. There's a heap of outdoors recreation available in the vicinity such as playing golf, swimming, hiking, fishing, and whitewater paddling, so running out of enjoyable stuff to do won’t happen. Just can't get enough of Silvertip Group. There are glorious sites to discover along the Halls Ranch Trail, and it's a great idea to stop at Gold Run. Silvertip Group commonly gets a good deal of rain; January is when you get the most rain here, and July is when it's the driest. Lots of folks opt for Silvertip Group for the purpose of being in close proximity to Empire Mine State Park. You're most likely hooked on lakes, Lake Vera is one of those close by, and going for a hike on the Lafayette Ridge Trail is always a great adventure. Yeah, come up here to the Northern Sierra Nevada for a great time. Empire Mine State Park is worth a visit if you're at Silvertip Group, and if you want to play some golf, you're in luck because Nevada County Country Club is nearby.
