If the weather is magnificent here at Scotts Flat Lake, you can go for a hike along the Humbug Trail, and there's whitewater on Yuba River - South Fork for all you     adrenaline kick people. The surroundings of this campground have so many things to offer. Going to Empire Mine State Park near Scotts Flat Lake is a wonderful thing to do, and you can run the rapids of Yuba River - South Fork. All the jolly people and the brilliant quality of everything here have folks coming here. Several people stay at Scotts Flat Lake when they come to go to Malakoff Diggins State Park. Scotts Flat Lake is located in an area with a lot of exciting stuff to do, and to be at this campground is always fun. Pack your camping stuff and head out on the road; Scotts Flat Lake is a wonderful local campground if you happen to be in California. There is a perfect hiking trail close to Scotts Flat Lake called the Lafayette Ridge Trail. Lakes are great; Scotts Flat Reservoir is a lake that's in the vicinity of Scotts   Flat Lake. On a brilliant day at Scotts Flat Lake you can take a hike along the South Yuba Trail, and a great place for whitewater paddling is Yuba River - Middle Fork.
