If you're visiting Salt Point State Park from Stewarts Point, you won't be the only one, and Gerstle Cove is rather close.
Yeah, come up here to the Coast Ranges for a brilliant time. There's whitewater on Russian River for all you adrenaline junkies; some
    great nature is available in Pygmy Forest. All the outdoors entertaining things in the Coast Ranges will keep you coming back many times. Salt Point State Park is both wonderful and striking, and it's next to Salt Point State Park, and a pleasant beach nearby is Clam Beach. Throughout
the days of summer, highs mostly are in the 60's at Salt Point State Park with nighttime lows in the 50's. Highs during the wintertime are typically in the 50's; night lows all through the winter for Salt Point State Park tend to be in the 30's.
Salt Point State Park is a good site of common rainfall; January is the month that gets the most rain, and the driest month is July.
This campground is so beautiful. Phillips Gulch is near Salt Point State Park and is a great location, and Salt Point State Park is next to Fort Ross State Park which is a delightful
 
site. There's so much to do close to Salt Point State Park, and to be at this place is glorious fun any time. Salt Point State Park is enormously popular with people from Stewarts Point.
Lots of people stay at this campground for the purpose of being close to Stump Beach. A visit to California is not complete without some camping. Stump Beach is a beach in the vicinity of Salt Point State Park that you can check out, and whitewater paddling is not for everyone but if it's for you then, we recommend Rancheria Creek.
Salt Point State Park is one of the places to camp here in the Coast Ranges. It's not good for you to be inside all the time; you have to get out from time to time, and Salt Point State Park in California is exactly what you need. The folks who look after the campground and the fantastically perfectly controlled facilities have folks coming from near and far.
