Robbs Hut is a very popular campground with folks in Placerville. Now, you may imagine that's plenty but there's even more amusing stuff to do here in the Northern Sierra Nevada. Good hiking is available along the Bake Oven Trail, and don't leave without visiting Indian Grinding Rock State Park. Robbs Hut is located in the Northern Sierra Nevada. This campground has it all. American River - South Fork has a good whitewater paddling spot close by, and Camino Heights Golf Course is a golf course close by. Marshall Gold Discovery State Park is a perfect spot to go if you're at Robbs Hut; you'll meet a lot of people from Placerville here. Such a pleasant pick of attractions and so much stuff to do will make you glad you came. For the duration of the long summer days highs here at Robbs Hut get into the 90's. Throughout the dark hours of summer temperatures sink down into the 60's. The wintertime comes with highs in the 50's, and nighttime lows through the wintertime for Robbs Hut tend to be in the 30's.
