We all need to go camping from time to time, and River Grove Park is a pleasant local campground if you happen to be in California. This campground has it all. One of the best things about River Grove Park is its proximity to Cowell Beach, and Big Tree Grove is a good local forest. River Grove Park is a very well loved campground by the people from Mount Hermon.

| fun any time. A day at Wilder Beach near River Grove Park is time well spent, and you can have a pleasant hiking adventure along the Summit Trail.
If only every place had this much outdoors amusing things, what a great earth it would be. An afternoon playing golf at De Laveaga Golf Course & Lodge is always a diversion, and there is a fine hiking trail close by called the Coyote Ridge Trail. Gold Gulch Creek is a perfect local stream, and if you would like a little side spree, try Gold Gulch.

number of things to do are guaranteed to keep you coming back persistently. And if that's not sufficient, there's heaps more to do in the vicinity of River Grove Park. Big Rock Hole is right here at River Grove Park; since you're here you can take a hike along the Sequoia Nature
Trail. A lot of fun is at this campground. On a perfect day at River Grove Park you can take a hike along the Butano Ridge Loop Trail, and a stunning lake like Loch Lomond is a good place to pop by.
All year is a fine time in the Santa Cruz Mountains if you love the outdoors.
For you golfers we recommend nearby Pasatiempo Golf Club; whitewater paddling is fine on San Lorenzo River. Through the summer months highs here at River Grove Park get into the 70's. When the night sets in temperatures drop down into the 50's. The cold days of the winter come
with highs in the 50's, and night lows during the winter for River Grove Park tend to be in the 30's. This camp ground is one of the splendid sites to camp here in the Santa Cruz Mountains.
This section of California is always a diversion to stop at during camping season. So
many entertaining things to do here in the Santa Cruz Mountains, too perfect to be true. Take a hike on the Rincon Fire Road Trail; you'll most likely meet some people from Mount Hermon here. Life's too short to enjoy all the cool things in the Santa Cruz Mountains. Going to Henry
Cowell Redwoods State Park in the neighborhood of River Grove Park is a magnificent thing to do, and paddling on Pescadero Creek is so much fun.
If you're a golfer then a splendid nearby course is Scotts Valley Golf Course, and a magnificent place like Wilder Ranch State Park
is too great to leave out. River Grove Park is a wet spot that gets much rainfall; all through the month of January you get the most rain around here while July is the month with the least amount of precipitation. This campground is a good site to pop by.
