The yearly rainfall here at Pines Group is about average; during the month of January you get the most rain around here while July is typically the driest month. Drift down the rapids of Clavey River in a kayak, and why not head up to Dodge Ridge and strap some skis to your feet. This campground is so good. Get drenched paddling on Stanislaus River - Middle Fork, and a visit here wouldn’t be complete without a tour to close by Calaveras Big Trees State Park. |
