Pine Point - Shasta-Trinity National Forest, California   This is such a fun spot for a campground. Get wet paddling on Bear Creek; if you're a golfer then a delightful close by course is Allen's Golf Course. The tremendous variety of local attractions and the tremendous variety of outdoors recreation are pleasant reasons to come. Any time is a splendid time at Pine Point if you fancy the outdoors. For you golfers we recommend nearby Lake Redding Golf Course. Whitewater paddling is glorious on Clear Creek Sacramento Tributary, and Whiskeytown National Recreation Area is a pleasant local destination.     The workforce that manages this campground and the fine facilities have a lot of folks coming here. The Dry Creek Trail offers hiking at its best, and playing golf is lots of fun at Anderson Tucker Oaks Golf Club. At Pine Point cool stuff to do is bountiful, and you always have a splendid time when you're here. Get yourself into a kayak and hit Cottonwood Creek - North Fork, and at Pine Point you always meet someone from Anderson. There's such an incredible array of things to do at Pine Point including hiking, playing golf, and whitewater paddling, so running out of enjoyable things to do won’t happen. Pine Point is a campground esteemed by the people from Anderson. You've been indoors for too long, you need to get out, and Pine Point in California is a splendid site to go. Pine Point is a pretty wet place usually with   a good deal of rainfall; the month of January is the wettest with most of the rain, and July is when it's the driest. All through the long summer days highs here at Pine Point get into the 90's with nighttime lows in the 60's. Daytime highs through the winter are in the 50's while Pine Point overnight low temperatures during the winter are in the 30's.
