Santa Lucia Range has it all. Pacific Dunes Ranch is close to Morro Bay State Park which is a lovely site, and do take a look at Pipeline Lake, it's a pretty lake. For the period of the summertime months at Pacific Dunes Ranch highs are regularly in the 60's. Summer overnight lows
