Mountain Lakes Resort, San Gabriel Mountains, California   A visit to California is not complete without some camping. You'll meet a lot of people from Lytle Creek here, and on a great day you can take a hike along the Cable Canyon Trail. There is a good hiking trail in the neighborhood of Mountain Lakes Resort called the Ontario Peak Trail; if you're looking for some flowing water? Try Sheep Creek.
