Mono Vista RV Park, Central Sierra Nevada, California   Park and facilities were VERY clean and provided a peaceful relaxing stay for my family and I. Great location even if you want to visit Yosemite. The drive over the Tioga pass is well worth the hour and a half because of the spectacular scenery. Loved it so much, I reserved a space to tent camp this time! All the positive people and scores of entertaining stuff to do are relatively     astonishing. All year is a splendid time in the Central Sierra Nevada if you like the outdoors. The wonderful folks of Lee Vining like to hang out nearby, and as expected, A journey to Rancheria Gulch is always fun. High temperatures at Mono Vista RV Park during the summertime are in the 80's, and through summer nights temperatures are in the 30's. Daytime highs throughout the wintertime are in the 40's with temperatures at Mono Vista RV Park dipping down into the 0's all through winter nights. At last, the time is right for camping once more, and Mono Vista RV Park in California is a perfect pick. So many exciting things to do here at Mono Vista RV Park, too fine to be true. The John Muir Trail - section 2 is a brilliant hiking trail near Mono Vista RV Park, and Black Point can be made out from Mono Vista RV Park. Mono   Vista RV Park is an old favorite with campers from Lee Vining. Several folks stay here in order to be near Danburg Beach. What would winter be without some skiing at June Mountain, and a spree to Navy Beach is always a fine idea. There's plenty of outdoors recreation available close by such as swimming, hiking, and fishing, so running out of entertaining stuff to do won’t happen. The surroundings of this campground have such a large number of things to offer. Bodie State Park is a nice place, and Danburg Beach is a pretty beach to go to. Not much precipitation falls here at Mono Vista RV Park; the month with most of the snow is January, and the driest month is October. Mono Vista RV Park is located in a vicinity with scores of entertaining stuff to do, and when you're here you're always having a perfect time. Life's too short to enjoy all the exciting stuff in the Central Sierra Nevada. Such a nice selection of attractions and such a nice variety of outdoors recreation will make you glad you came. A visit to California is not complete without some camping.
