This is such a pleasant campground. There is a tremendous hiking trail in the neighborhood of McGill Campground called the Buckhorn Trail, and a visit to El Capitan State Beach is a tremendous idea. Redrock Canyon is a pleasant
place to visit close by; you're sure to run into some great folks from Goleta here.
Hiking along the Rattlesnake Trail is delightful fun, and why not spend some time golfing at a close by golf course like Glen Annie Golf Club. This is such a gorgeous campground. Scores of people
pick this campground during their spree to El Capitan State Beach.
There's so much stuff to do at McGill Campground including playing golf, hiking, fishing, and swimming, so it's totally impossible to get bored. Now, you may feel that's a lot but there's even more fun stuff
to do here in the Santa Ynez Mountains. If the weather is great here at McGill Campground, you can go for a hike along the Arroyo Burro Trail, and the Jesusita Trail is a good hiking trail nearby.
