There is a perfect hiking trail in the neighborhood of Mariposa Fairgrounds called the Hite Cove Trail, and if you come at the right time of year, Merced River offers some magnificent whitewater. Outdoors recreation is plentiful, some of the fun stuff you can do is hiking, and whitewater paddling, so it's just not possible to get bored. It's completely out of the question to run out of exciting stuff to do near Mariposa Fairgrounds; camping is such an enjoyable |
thing to do, and this is a tremendous place to do that. You'll in fact wish for more hours in a day to enjoy all the entertaining stuff in the Central Sierra Nevada. The wonderful variety of local attractions and such a wonderful variety of outdoors recreation are good reasons
| to come. Camping out positively is a pleasant thing to do; Mariposa Fairgrounds in California is such a tremendous place. But wait, there's more to do next to Mariposa Fairgrounds. The best way to spend a winter day is on the slopes of close by Badger Pass, and you'll meet a lot of folks from Mariposa here. This camp ground is situated in the gorgeous Central Sierra Nevada. River. For the period of the months of summer, highs ordinarily are in the 90's at Mariposa Fairgrounds, and through summer nights temperatures are in the 50's. All through the wintertime highs are commonly in the 50's while Mariposa Fairgrounds night low temperatures through
the winter are in the 30's. The staff that runs this campground and the competently controlled operations have folks coming from far and wide. That right there is lots of enjoyable things already but it goes on, the Central Sierra Nevada has it all. Take a side journey
to Stockton Creek, and a great spot to stop at is McBrights Gulch. Mariposa Fairgrounds is a good location of normal rain; the wettest month of the year is ordinarily January, that's the one that rains the most, and July is when it's the driest. This campground has so incredibly
much. Near Mariposa Fairgrounds you stumble on the Pilot Ridge Trail which is a tremendous hiking trail; here at Mariposa Fairgrounds you can catch a sight of Crows Nest.
