Mackerricher State Park regularly gets a great deal of precipitation; most of the rain falls throughout January, and July meanwhile is the driest month. Just can't get enough of the Coast
    Ranges. You have to without doubt stop at delightful Ten Mile Beach while you're here at Mackerricher State Park, and a visit to Laguna Point Beach is always a nice idea. MacKerricher State Park is a perfect spot to stretch your legs a bit, and paddling on Noyo River is so much
fun.
This campground is so scenic. Some close by water includes Mill Creek, and during your tour here you'll meet some folks from Fort Bragg for sure. This is in fact a fine campground.
California is a tremendous outdoors state. Places like Caspar Headlands State Beach are magnificent to check out, and swamps like Inglenook Fen next to Mackerricher State Park make for delightful spots to visit. The pleasant people working here and a lot of enjoyable stuff to do are reasonably fantastic.
And that's not all you can do here in the Coast Ranges.
 
Since you might be in a lake visiting mood you can always go to nearby Sandhill Lake, and float down the rapids of Eel River - South Fork in a kayak. At Mackerricher State Park cool stuff to do is plentiful, and it is a tremendous campground.
You'll wish for more hours in a day to enjoy all the exciting stuff at Mackerricher State Park. If you come at the right time of year, Tenmile Creek offers some great whitewater, and you ought to stop by Laguna Point when you're here. The Coast Ranges scenery is always scenic. The perfect variety of local attractions and all the outdoors recreation are good causes to come.
Several folks pick this campground in order to be right next door to Laguna Point Beach. Summertime highs at Mackerricher State Park regularly tend to be in the 60's.
