Loon Lake Chalet - Eldorado National Forest, Northern Sierra Nevada, California   You can't spend all your time indoors; you have to get out of the house every so often; Loon Lake Chalet in California is the outdoors at its best. At Loon Lake Chalet through the summertime highs are in the 90's. Through the moonlight hours it's mostly in the 60's. That right there is a load of enjoyable stuff already but it goes on, the Northern Sierra Nevada has it all. Sacramento Hill is stunning and can be made out from Loon Lake Chalet, and get dripping wet paddling on American River - South Fork. The caring operators of the campground and the delightful   facilities are a good attraction for scores of folks. There is so much entertaining stuff to do close to Loon Lake Chalet; it is a brilliant escape from everyday life. The good choice of local attractions, and all the outdoors recreation will make you pleased you came. If you go for the outdoors, you'll like Loon Lake Chalet. Indian Grinding Rock State Park is a delightful place to take a look at, and enjoy a round of golf at Camino Heights Golf Course. Loads of folks camp here to be near Marshall Gold Discovery State Park. A good site to go to in the neighborhood of Loon Lake Chalet is Cedar Ravine, and whitewater paddling is great on Cosumnes River - Middle Fork. Places like Marshall Gold Discovery State Park are great to stop by, and why not stop by nearby Ringgold Creek if you're here at Loon Lake Chalet.
