Lake Henshaw Campgrounds is a very popular old favorite campground among campers from Santa Ysabel. There is so much exciting stuff to do right next door to Lake Henshaw Campgrounds; spending time at this campground is fantastically pleasant. The
pleasant personnel and all the amusing things to do beat anything.
Going to Cuyamaca Rancho State Park in close proximity to Lake Henshaw Campgrounds is a wonderful thing to do, and some of the water nearby flows, like Carrista Creek. A common amount of rainfall falls here at Lake Henshaw Campgrounds; March is the wettest month with most rain; June is when it's the driest.
