Lakes? Sure, New Bullards Bar Reservoir is close by, and Malakoff     Diggins State Park is a good site. The warmest time of the year brings highs in the 90's to Lake Francis Resort while night lows are mostly in the 60's. Throughout the winter this place gets highs in the 50's with temperatures at Lake Francis Resort dipping down into the 30's all through winter nights. Lake Francis Resort is fantastically popular with the residents of Dobbins. The great variety of local attractions and such a great deal of things to do are guaranteed to keep you coming back repeatedly. At this campground you will always have a pleasant time. Yuba River - South Fork is a fine whitewater spot close to Lake Francis Resort, and you can have a fine hiking adventure along the Humbug Trail. All the water falling down from the sky makes Lake Francis Resort a wet location; the wettest month of the year is ordinarily January,   that's the one that rains the most, and July meanwhile is the driest month. Spending too much time inside got you down, No problem; Lake Francis Resort in California is exactly what you need. Not enough hours in a day to enjoy the Northern Sierra Nevada. Take a hike on the South Yuba Trail. Several folks stay here for the purpose of being near Empire Mine State Park. All the merry folks and all the nice passtime activities makes the spree here worthwhile. Lake Francis Resort is a good camp ground to use as a base while enjoying the Northern Sierra Nevada.
