This is a glorious campground. The summit of Tharps Peak can be distinguished from Kaweah Park Resort, and you can have a fine hiking adventure along the High Sierra Trail. There's
loads of outdoors recreation available in the vicinity such as whitewater paddling, hiking, and playing golf, so you won’t run out of things to do.
Kaweah Park Resort is a good place of normal rain; January is the wettest month with most rain while July is usually the driest month. Kaweah Park Resort is a very well esteemed campground by the folks of Three Rivers.
