For you golfers we recommend close by Greenhorn Creek Resort; if by chance you have a boat, Drifters Marina is a nice marina. If you're a golfer then a good nearby course is Forest Meadows Golf Course,   and a lake close by is New Melones Lake. And if that's not enough, there's plenty more to do near Jensen's Pick and Shovel Branch. The peak of Bald Mountain can be distinguished from Jensen's Pick and Shovel Branch. Golf can be played at Papais Lou Forest Meadows Golf; naturally, everybody loves Columbia State Park.
