to Indian Beach. Cache Creek has a close by whitewater sweep; the Highway 20 to Bear Creek Confluence section is a great 18-mile-from-start-to-finish type II(III) sweep of whitewater. If you boast a little whitewater paddling skill,
| | this section of Cache Creek can be a great location for you. Don't go whitewater paddling before first checking restrictions; it's risky business. There's a tremendous 2.3-mile-long great outdoors trail in possession of a tremendous 1,210-foot altitude difference nearby; this striking great outdoors trail is the Bucknell Trail. You must have two and a half hours to backcountry hike the Bucknell Trail; it's a demanding backcountry hike. Nothing beats kicking back at Laurel Beach; you'll meet a lot of people from Clearlake Oaks here. And if that's not sufficient there's plenty more entertaining stuff to do in the Klamath Mountains.
