is usually January, that's the one that rains the most, and July is when it's the driest. The slopes of Shirley Meadow are so inviting nobody can resist, and on a great day you can take a hike along the Virginia Trail. Such a delightful selection of attractions and such a delightful variety of outdoors recreation will undeniably have you coming back persistently.
