The obliging operators of the campground and the prettiness of the location are reason enough to come here. Some activities here at Hirz Bay Group 1 are playing golf, whitewater paddling, and hiking, so getting bored is not something that is likely to happen.

| worthwhile. This campground has so much. There's whitewater on Clear Creek Sacramento Tributary for all you adrenaline kick people, and Gold Hills Golf Club is a great golf course nearby. This part of California is always a joy to go to throughout camping season.
You can run the rapids of Cottonwood Creek - North Fork near Hirz Bay Group 1, and Hirz Bay Group 1 is right by the Dry Creek Trail.
