| | Hallsted is a good location of normal precipitation; January is when you get the most snow here, and July meanwhile is the driest month. The friendly folks working here and all the entertaining things are cause enough to come here. This is no location for people who don’t like to have fun. Paddling on Indian Creek Feather Tributary is so much fun; let's not forget Gansner Creek which is a stream that you may encounter during your stay. doubt have you coming back time and again. You need to get out, and Hallsted is a great local campground if you happen to be in California. This is such a gorgeous campground. Everybody loves American Valley, and a fine place to go to nearby is Boyle Ravine. On a delightful
| day you obtain a sight of Radio Hill from Hallsted, and the Claremont Trail offers hiking at its best. You could also check out Snake Lake while you're here at Hallsted; it's close by; Plumas National Forest is a tremendous location to go. Be careful coming to the Northern Sierra Nevada, you might not ever wanna return back home again. Everybody loves Plumas-Eureka State Park, and why not take a refreshing hike along the Finger Board Trail. A visit to California is not complete without some camping. love to come to Hallsted, and you can have a great hiking adventure along the Eureka Lake Trail. Hallsted is a top selection campground with the people in Quincy. That right there is heaps of cool stuff already but it goes on, the Northern Sierra Nevada has it all. Glide down
the rapids of Feather River - Middle Fork in a kayak, and do take a hike on the Cleghorn Bar Trail. This camp ground is located in the gorgeous Northern Sierra Nevada. Some activities here at Hallsted are fishing, hiking, whitewater paddling, and swimming, so you won’t run
out of things to do. For the period of the warm days of summer at Hallsted highs are typically in the 80's, and the night is fairly cooler of course, typically in the 40's. Daytime highs throughout the winter are in the 30's while the cold winter nights at Hallsted are in the 20's.
