Gray's Peak Group Camp is a very popular campground among the folks of Loma Linda. Good hiking is available along the Cable Canyon Trail, and golf can be played at Shandin Hills Golf Club.
A lot of folks stay at Gray's Peak Group Camp to be in the vicinity of Silverwood Lake State Park. There's great hiking along the Government Canyon Trail; you'll stumble on a pretty lake called Secombe Lake.

Lake State Park is a good place to stretch your legs a bit. For the duration of the summertime months at Gray's Peak Group Camp highs are regularly in the 90's with overnight lows in the 60's. The winter brings highs down to the 60's; overnight lows in the 40's for Gray's Peak
Group Camp. This is such a fun place for a campground. Lake Perris State Park is a picturesque site any time of year, and nearby you stumble on the McKinley Firebreak which is a pleasant hiking trail.
Don't forget to take a magnificent little journey to San Timoteo Wash; you
can go for a hike on the Fredalba Trail. Some activities here at Gray's Peak Group Camp are playing golf, hiking, fishing, and swimming, so you won’t run out of things to do. Around Gray's Peak Group Camp you don’t get a lot of precipitation; most of the rain falls through January; July on the other hand is the driest.
